Initial capacity is 36.000 MTY that will be doubled in 2009 to 72.000 MTY. We offer “Tolling Contracts” with strategic location, logistics, feedstock suppliers and storage at the Barranquilla’s Free Zone; pipeline connected to newly upgraded liquids port.

CLEAN ENERGY S.A is going to be vertically integrated on a global scale. From crop sourcing to distribution, we will offer world class Biodiesel, providing offerings at the most competitive price to customers worldwide.
CLEAN ENERGY S.A will construct algae farms starting from 2,000 acres on, in warm equatorial territories, through joint ventures with strategic partners; we are currently settling a JV agreement with a microalgae technology corporation in order to start building a first microalgae farm in late 2009.
Algae farms are currently being tested for commercial expansion.
CLEAN ENERGY S.A will then in conjunction of this JV partners, license out proprietary technology and know how through other joint ventures in Latin America.
In union also with a European partner, CLEAN ENERGY S.A will create a totally vertically integrated renewable energy bio-fuels platform.
Given the increased demand for bio-diesel, coupled with the lower production costs using second generation feedstock, CLEAN ENERGY S.A and its JV partners will be able to create a second generation high yield, high rate of return bio-friendly business model.
